About the Role

• Perform OSP site visits and take accurate field notes for construction drawings. • Analyze site conditions and design requests to define project scope. • Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards. • Communicate concerns and updates with the OSP Designer and represent the company professionally to customers. • Follow all company safety practices and policies on outdoor job sites.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma (technical school or community college coursework preferred), U.S. work authorization, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Compensation ranges from $22 to $32 per hour and includes a 401(k) match, employee stock purchase plan, health, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, and other wellness benefits.
