About the Role
The manager will provide leadership, direction, and coordination for all maintenance and facility support activities, including safety‑first program leadership, customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy implementation, budget preparation, and cost control. They will hold profit and loss responsibility, ensure quality control, develop maintenance processes, and manage all administrative functions for the account. The position requires overseeing both salaried and hourly personnel, making sound business judgments, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company and customer policies. What You Bring

The role will oversee all aspects of operations at the location, focusing on preventative and predictive maintenance of conveyor systems and reliability maintenance principles. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field and have at least five years of maintenance management experience, including supervision, planning, scheduling, and estimating. Reliability experience and active membership in professional organizations such as SMRP, IFMA, or BOMA are strongly preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field • Possess at least five years of maintenance management experience, including supervision, planning, scheduling, and estimating • Prefer candidates with reliability experience and active membership in SMRP, IFMA, BOMA, or similar organizations • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
