Skilled Laborers/Groundmen support every phase of utility construction on diverse telecom projects. Core duties include digging trenches, unloading building materials, preparing job sites with hand tools, transporting heavy equipment, and building and maintaining both aerial and underground cable systems. Workers also troubleshoot field problems and continuously learn to operate a variety of construction tools and equipment. The ideal candidate values safety and consistently produces high‑quality work. Applicants must be able to work night shifts (6 PM‑3 AM), possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving. A desire to learn telecom trades such as coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and related MOS codes is essential, as is a commitment to long‑term projects and community impact. • Troubleshoot field issues and learn to operate various telecom construction tools. • Hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean record and be eager to learn coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, and related trades.
