About the Role

This role is responsible for providing Business Partnering support to our NSW locations for our Operational teams with HR generalist operation activities. The Position reports to a supportive HR Manager and works within a greater HR professional team. We are keen to have the right fit to contribute to the development and support in assisting in the implementation of HR strategies. • Provide HR business partnering support to NSW operational teams. • Manage HR generalist activities and assist with HR strategy implementation. • Conduct employee relations case management and investigations.

What You Bring

The role will involve some travel to other sites in New South Wales and is based at Auburn, where there is train access and free onsite parking. Minimum 3 years’ experience with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. Experience in supporting operational management with the interpretation of EA Industrial Instruments and a proven background within a blue‑collar/operational environment. Exposure to employee relations case management and investigations. Sound knowledge of the principles and practice of contemporary human resource management, including relevant legislation such as the Fair Work Act, workers' compensation legislation and anti‑discrimination legislation. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously toward required outcomes, and a proactive, collaborative approach within a team. • Travel to various NSW sites while based in Auburn with train access and free parking. • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with tertiary qualification. • Experience interpreting EA Industrial Instruments in a blue‑collar environment. • Knowledge of Fair Work Act, workers' compensation, and anti‑discrimination legislation. • Strong communication skills, autonomous work style, and proactive collaboration.
