About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for a community, partnering with the Community Manager to manage staff, vendors, service requests, preventative programs, safety compliance, and resident relations. • Attend the property daily and respond to resident and management work orders. • Coordinate, schedule, and oversee repairs and replacements for common areas and units. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to address safety hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies within budget, and maintain a stocked shop. • Implement and track a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life. • Maintain OSHA/EPA safety records, hazard communication, and on‑call emergency response. • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance input. • Ensure high‑quality, timely completion of work orders and unit make‑ready inspections. • Deliver excellent customer service, enforce community policies, and promote a positive resident experience.
