About the Role

The Industry & Audience Campaign Manager, Consumer Products is a senior-level marketing role at Autodesk, responsible for driving awareness, demand, and engagement for the Fusion portfolio across key consumer products audiences. The position translates product strategy and technical differentiation into integrated, audience‑centric campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth and adoption. Key responsibilities include owning the end‑to‑end strategy and development of integrated marketing campaigns, creating compelling narratives and briefs, defining audience segmentation and personas for sub‑industries such as consumer electronics, furniture, power tools, and home appliances, and partnering closely with product, technical, demand‑generation, sales, and regional marketing teams to execute multi‑channel initiatives. • Own end‑to‑end strategy and development of integrated campaigns for the Fusion portfolio. • Translate product messaging and technical differentiation into compelling, scalable campaign narratives and briefs. • Define audience segmentation, personas, and buying‑journey strategies for consumer‑products sub‑industries. • Partner with product, technical, demand‑generation, sales, and regional marketing teams to activate campaigns. • Execute multi‑channel campaigns across digital, content, paid media, events, webinars, and partner activations. • Set and monitor campaign success metrics; optimize performance using data, experimentation, and audience insights.

What You Bring

The role requires at least five years of B2B marketing experience leading integrated campaigns, proven success marketing to consumer‑products audiences, strong understanding of consumer product development workflows, excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset for measuring and optimizing performance. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, with preferred experience in CAD/software, Fusion tools, ABM, and global marketing support. • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience leading integrated campaigns. • Proven experience targeting consumer‑products audiences and understanding product development workflows. • Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Preferred: experience with CAD/software, Fusion tools, ABM, global/regional marketing support, and AI‑driven workflows.
