The role oversees recruitment for consultant positions in India, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business objectives. It involves workforce planning, data‑driven decision making, and maintaining accurate recruitment records, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and equal‑opportunity standards. • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for consultant hires in India. • Guide hiring managers on role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. • Partner with national and global leaders on workforce planning using data insights. • Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and produce regular management reports. • Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs. • Ensure compliance with data protection, employment law, and equal‑opportunity policies. • Apply a creative, brand‑building approach to develop robust hiring strategies. • Utilise a data‑driven mindset to present insights and support hiring decisions.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates are passionate about talent acquisition and have experience balancing external search with internal hiring in a matrix environment. They should possess knowledge of the sustainability market, strong stakeholder‑management skills, and a creative, data‑driven approach to building talent pipelines and influencing hiring decisions. Excellent organizational agility, presentation abilities, and familiarity with technical or consulting domains are also valued. • Demonstrate proven recruiting experience in a matrix organization with both external search and internal hiring. • Possess knowledge of the sustainability sector and related technical, consulting, or scientific fields. • Exhibit strong stakeholder‑management and ability to influence senior leadership. • Showcase excellent organizational agility and solution‑oriented problem‑solving skills.
