About the Role
The Americas Senior Solutions Manager serves as a full‑service technology resource for Asset Services initiatives, focusing on identifying solutions, streamlining processes, and consolidating business applications arising from new or existing business onboardings, new country adoption, and functional enhancements. The role leads large, complex projects that include process mapping, authoring recommendations for stakeholders, and defining application utilization approaches. Key duties include capturing project goals and requirements across organizational levels, providing implementation assistance for medium to highly complex projects, identifying stakeholders and planning change‑management activities, and assessing cross‑functional impacts of business decisions. The role leads cross‑functional teams to design, test, and implement software solutions, produce functional specifications, data flows, and business rules, and recommend process improvements with current‑state and future‑state documentation. • Document requirements and processes, analyzing potential solutions with stakeholders. • Manage and drive project teams to deliver or exceed outcomes. • Identify and implement continuous improvements to work methods and client solutions. • Scope and map data migration efforts for application consolidation or client onboarding. • Conduct workshops for process improvement, user acceptance testing, and training. • Lead, guide, and support a team of business analysts to ensure high performance. • Capture project goals, objectives, and requirements across organization levels. • Provide implementation assistance for medium to highly complex projects with multiple stakeholder groups. • Identify project stakeholders, engage subject‑matter experts, and plan change‑management for rollout. • Assess cross‑functional impacts of business decisions and provide input on processes and procedures. • Lead cross‑functional teams to design, test, and implement software solutions meeting business needs. • Produce functional specifications, data flows, and business rules; assist with implementation. • Recommend and document current‑state and future‑state process improvements. • Stay current with emerging technologies, solutions, trends, and risks. • Mentor, train, and promote best practices within the business‑analyst team.

What You Bring
The manager must understand all facets of the company’s business, document requirements and processes, analyze potential solutions with stakeholders, and drive project teams to deliver or exceed outcomes. Continuous improvement, data migration support, and conducting workshops for process improvement, user acceptance testing, and training are also essential. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or professional designation, seven or more years of experience in accounting, commercial real‑estate, or IT, and at least five years of IT work supporting application systems. Required competencies include business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling, multi‑tasking, solid judgment, analytical problem‑solving, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, Visio, and platforms such as SharePoint, Yardi, MRI, or NexusPayables. • Demonstrate familiarity with all facets of the business and understand services and customers.

Benefits
The position offers a compensation range of $97,750‑$115,000, competitive benefits including health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off. Compensation varies based on location, experience, collective bargaining coverage, and other eligibility factors, and the company adheres to minimum wage requirements.
