About the Role

This role sits within our in‑house Mechanical & Electrical Subcontractor, Mace MEP, and is based at Heathrow Airport. You will be accountable for the cost management of complex works packages, managing risk and opportunity to ensure profit on packages and the project, while supporting senior commercial team members in administering monthly commercial procedures such as the Cost Value Report. • Lead a team of managers and professionals, establishing principles, structures, tools and responsibilities to deliver area plans and excellence. • Address subcontractor contractual claims and changes. • Produce monthly client applications. • Approve invoices and issue IPCs. • Commercially manage design consultants and specialist fees. • Ensure site team complies with commercial and legal procedures and agreements. • Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors. • Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during delivery. • Chair monthly project cost report and risk meetings. • Apply contract law knowledge to mitigate risk and manage key clauses. • Build high‑performing teams through effective leadership. • Adopt a strategic approach to project management.

What You Bring
