About the Role

The District Sales Manager leads sales and marketing for Nucor Rebar Fabrication, responsible for quoting, securing business, forecasting, and recommending new customers while supporting strategic growth and commercial excellence initiatives. The role requires extensive travel and relocation to the territory and involves promoting a cooperative, team‑oriented atmosphere. • Provide industry‑leading service to customers. • Act as forward‑facing representative to win work and understand customer business. • Build and maintain relationships and rapport with customers. • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Estimating to complete tasks. • Serve as liaison between customers and Nucor Rebar Fabrication operations. • Establish annual sales plans for the region with Regional and Sales Managers. • Solve problems proactively to exceed revenue, shipment, and profitability goals. • Prioritize tasks and manage time independently. • Work with other sales departments, regions, and support to achieve business objectives. • Drive organizational change and continuous process improvement. • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and management information.

What You Bring
