About the Role
As a Site Civil Engineer in Los Angeles, you will join a multidisciplinary team that supports high‑impact data center, commercial, institutional, and mission‑critical facility projects, shaping the civil backbone of complex infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and paving for large‑scale campuses and building sites. • Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and paving for large‑scale campuses and building sites • Prepare technical reports and calculations for stormwater, earthwork, and sewer/water demand • Support permitting and zoning reviews for local and state agencies • Develop construction documents and technical specifications • Provide technical leadership as a project engineer or specialist on mid‑size facility projects

What You Bring
• 3+ years of civil site design experience, preferably on data center, healthcare, industrial, or institutional sites • Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D (earthwork, surfaces, profiles) • Familiarity with tools like OpenFlows is a plus • Bachelor's degree • Previous experience in general civil engineering • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location (PE or P.Eng) • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
