Driving records and safety considerations are also evaluated for positions involving vehicle operation or direct customer contact. • Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls. • Deliver and install rented HVAC equipment; train authorized operators on safe usage. • Direct customers to sign required paperwork and track equipment serial numbers. • Troubleshoot operation, specifications, capabilities, and controls of rental equipment. • Operate company vehicle safely and adhere to all safety policies. • Clean and test returned equipment to ensure proper operation and appearance. • Complete paperwork for all deliveries, pick‑ups, and service calls. • Install flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications. • Implement safe procedures for checking gas connections. • Maintain accurate records of in‑stock and rented equipment with managers and sales engineers. • Participate in rotating on‑call schedule for emergency service during weekends and evenings.
