About the Role

The foreman oversees all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work is done right and on schedule. Responsibilities include building, repairing, and maintaining underground infrastructure, troubleshooting field issues, training crew members, and operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, and cable plows.
