About the Role
As a Senior Electrical Engineer‑CF you will direct and lead design teams on numerous projects, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery of work. You will assume overall economic responsibility for assigned projects, conduct business development, and produce due‑diligence reports that meet company standards. You will also establish design standards, specifications, budgets, and schedules while networking within and beyond SHG. You will provide high‑level technical leadership on large‑scale designs, oversee QA/QC of staff work, and perform Engineer of Record duties, including calculations, equipment selection, system layout, field investigations, and construction administration. Collaboration with clients, contractors, architects, and other team members will be essential, as will managing E & O issues for your discipline. • Perform staff resource management and review. • Produce drawings consistent with client requirements and standards. • Provide consulting engineering services such as gap analyses and feasibility reports. • Represent firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. • Assume discipline‑specific responsibility for project E&O matters.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Mechanical, Plumbing or Electrical engineering, at least eight years of relevant MEP experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Hands‑on design experience with CAD/REVIT is essential, as you will play a strong technical role throughout the project lifecycle.
