About the Role
The role involves showcasing the property, guiding tours, answering questions about amenities and the local community, and assisting prospects through the qualification process and lease paperwork. • Conduct property tours for prospects, highlighting amenities and lifestyle. • Collect applicant information, initiate background checks, and assist with qualification. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and ensure paperwork is completed accurately. • Provide exceptional resident service to boost retention and exceed expectations. • Perform office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and coordinating leasing documentation. • Communicate effectively, deliver courteous professional service, and work collaboratively with the leasing team. • Maintain organization, meet deadlines, and follow all company policies and procedures. • Use standard office equipment in a professional office setting.

What You Bring
