About the Role
• Prepare and write proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, award submittals, and other communications. • Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick‑off meetings and proposal production activities. • Coordinate with consultant firms for teaming and gather marketing materials. • Conduct marketing database queries, input data, and maintain data accuracy. • Coordinate special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events. • Interview subject matter experts and write/edit technical content for target audiences. • Include a one‑page cover letter when uploading your resume.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or Education, and demonstrate strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign. A willingness to travel if needed is also required. • Communicate and interact with professionals, project managers, and technical staff. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or another relevant major. • Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Adobe InDesign. • Willingness to travel if needed.
