Architect

About the Role

The architect will help shape project vision, produce conceptual sketches and design reports, advance designs through construction documentation, and generate drawings, models, and visualisations. They will collaborate with clients, global design teams, specialists, suppliers and sub‑consultants, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, prepare submissions to statutory authorities, apply Safety in Design principles, adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards, and mentor junior staff. • Create project vision, conceptual sketches, and design reports • Lead design from concept through construction documentation, ensuring consistency • Prepare drawings, models, renderings, and other design documents; present to clients • Collaborate with global design teams, specialists, suppliers, and sub‑consultants • Coordinate multidisciplinary design aspects across stakeholders • Contribute to multi‑disciplinary drawings, design reports, and technical specifications • Prepare discipline drawings for statutory submission, complying with local and international codes • Develop 3D models using SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or other required software • Apply Safety in Design principles and follow ISO 9001 quality assurance • Mentor junior staff and participate in lessons‑learned sessions

What You Bring

We are seeking an Architect for our UAE office with expertise in mixed‑use, residential, hospitality, recreational, ecotourism, and educational design. The role contributes significantly to both design and delivery capabilities and involves active participation in every stage of project development. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, with professional registration preferred, and have at least five years of experience on medium‑to‑large projects across diverse sectors. Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar 3D tools, Twinmotion/Lumion, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel and other MS Office applications is required, along with knowledge of UAE building codes and strong organizational, project management, communication and teamwork skills. • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; professional registration preferred • Minimum five years of architectural design experience on medium‑to‑large projects • Experience from concept to detailed design across residential, commercial, hospitality, etc. • Proficient in Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar), Twinmotion/Lumion, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, and MS Office • Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and submission requirements • Strong organizational, proactive, and multitasking abilities, both independently and in teams • Familiarity with Middle East design and construction practices is advantageous • Good project management skills to handle multiple projects • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for client and team collaboration
