About the Role

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to support the growth and expansion of our land development engineering department. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of land development engineering experience and at least three years of project management experience. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in civil or agricultural engineering, a Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D. Experience in stormwater and utility design is essential, and all candidates must pass a mandatory DMV background check. The role involves indoor and outdoor work in varied weather conditions, frequent walking, long‑term standing, and exposure to typical construction site hazards. Physical requirements include lifting or moving up to 30 lb frequently (up to 50 lb occasionally), navigating rough terrain, and standing up to 10‑12 hours a day, as well as the ability to perform a range of motions such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crawling. Weekend, overtime, overnight work, and travel may be required. • Possess at least 8 years of land development engineering experience and 3 years of project management experience • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil or agricultural engineering and a Florida PE license • Demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D, and experience in stormwater and utility design • Pass mandatory DMV background check
