About the Role
The superintendent will line‑out field employees daily, attend bi‑weekly job‑cost meetings, and report to corporate headquarters each day. Responsibilities include training foremen, reviewing and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the highest quality installation of chill‑water, heating‑water, and condenser‑water systems. Continuous communication with the regional General Manager, project managers, and foremen is required to meet deadlines and maintain accurate daily reports and look‑ahead plans. • Schedule and line‑out field employees daily based on project needs • Attend bi‑weekly job cost meetings and provide daily reports to headquarters • Train foremen and potential foremen on best practices and safety • Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications for chill‑water, heating‑water, and condenser‑water systems • Communicate daily with the regional General Manager, project managers, and foremen • Ensure foremen submit daily reports, 3‑week look‑ahead plans, and percent‑complete updates • Represent Way Mechanical professionally on‑site and with general contractors

What You Bring
The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in English. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, pass a drug test, and have commercial pipefitting experience. Seven to ten years of experience leading pipefitting projects is essential. • Pass a drug test and be legally eligible to work in the US • Hold a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license • Proficient in English with at least 7‑10 years of commercial pipefitting project experience
