About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services while ensuring the vehicle complies with company safety standards and all applicable regulations. Key duties include conducting thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, loading and compacting refuse, delivering materials to disposal sites, and maintaining accurate daily reports such as vehicle condition reports and productivity sheets. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and complete daily VCRs. • Safely drive the collection truck along assigned routes, load, compact, and deliver waste to disposal sites. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers to ensure timely service. • Identify, tag, and report unsatisfactory waste containers and monitor waste compliance. • Clean accidental spills and maintain vehicle cleanliness to minimize downtime. • Complete route productivity sheets and adhere to required productivity standards. • Participate actively in the company's ReSOP safety program. • Access health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Utilize the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Take part in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

What You Bring
The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers, monitor waste compliance, clean spills safely, and actively participate in the company’s safety programs. Candidates must possess a Class B (or higher) commercial driver’s license with air‑brake endorsement, and two years of commercial truck driving experience is preferred. • Hold a Class B (or higher) CDL with air‑brake endorsement; two years of commercial truck experience preferred.
