About the Role

Overall responsibility to overlook CavAsia site installation in terms of quality, technical compliance, meeting project schedule and works safety. The role involves day‑to‑day operation, project delivery, logistics, construction sequencing and constructability. Manage, control and supervise subcontractors and vendors performing the works on site to ensure they meet quality and schedule requirements and that installed items adhere to approved drawings and design intent. Support testing and balancing activities, handle client meetings to resolve complaints, issues and variation order scopes, and oversee material receipt, quantity and quality inspection. • Oversee CavAsia site installation for quality, technical compliance, schedule, and safety. • Manage daily operations, project delivery, logistics, construction sequencing, and constructability. • Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules, and approved drawings. • Support testing and balancing activities on site. • Address client complaints, issues, and variation order scopes through meetings. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quantity and quality. • Coordinate with client representatives and QA/QC staff for validation activities.

What You Bring

Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering and at least three years of experience in semiconductor construction projects, particularly HVAC Wet/Dry or Process Exhaust, are required. Candidates should have extensive project execution experience, be able to oversee permit applications, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be self‑motivated with a passion for continuous improvement. • Mechanical engineering qualification (preferred) with at least 3 years semiconductor construction experience. • Extensive project execution experience, including permit application oversight. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self‑motivated, independent, ownership mindset, and drive for continuous improvement.
