About the Role

• Lead root cause problem‑solving activities to improve internal and external quality levels. • Perform process validations, in‑process inspections, and quality monitoring of manufacturing processes and products. • Support design, manufacturing, and quality engineering through data collection, analysis, product reviews, and process capability assessments. • Develop and enforce Quality Management System (QMS) objectives and train personnel on QMS standards. • Conduct internal ISO audits and provide audit support. • Prepare formal First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for customers and internal use. • Select and use appropriate measuring tools to verify dimensional and functional requirements. • Communicate effectively with Operations, Supply, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Quality, Customer Service, Production Planning, and Logistics. • Lead or assist in maintaining calibration status of inspection, test, and measurement equipment.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum of 2 years of quality experience. • American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector preferred. • Proficiency in reading blueprints; GD&T knowledge a plus. • Experience with precision metal fabrication measurement tools and techniques. • Strong knowledge of charting and process control methods. • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred.
