About the Role
The Senior Project Manager leads standalone multi‑craft, joint‑venture or EPC projects valued at $200 million or more. They are accountable for safety, quality, and all project controls while directing engineering, technology providers, and JV partners. The role requires overseeing labor, material, scope, client interaction and execution across all disciplines. • Oversee and manage the entire site management team, including Construction Manager, Project Engineer, Quality Manager and Safety Manager. • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions. • Communicate project issues to clients, engineers, subcontractors and vendors. • Champion the corporate safety plan and develop site‑specific safety procedures. • Review completion status and schedule progress, identifying productivity problems early. • Ensure the site quality plan is executed, inspections completed and documentation prepared for turnover. • Coach superintendents to stay below estimated average labor rates. • Lead jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, mass safety meetings and training sessions. • Schedule material deliveries and monitor procurement status. • Plan, schedule and coordinate work groups on the jobsite. • Review material takeoffs from drawings, specifications and contract documents. • Perform basic engineering calculations and technical drafting to support field operations. • Review and approve submittals, transmittals, purchase orders and subcontracts. • Provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations. • Maintain project recordkeeping, daily reports, photographs, RFIs and other contract correspondence. • Develop and track project controls such as productivity, labor rates, equipment schedules, risk and opportunity logs. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the master project schedule. • Negotiate and approve change orders to the prime contract. • Drive the planning process through 6‑week, 3‑week, 1‑week and manpower curves. • Assist the Project Manager with accounting, job cost and work‑in‑progress updates. • Supervise ten or more direct reports and lead project teams of up to 500 employees. • Provide constructability and cost‑saving alternatives during design and construction phases.

What You Bring
Work is performed in 12‑hour shifts under varying temperatures and outdoor conditions, requiring physical stamina to lift up to 50 lb, climb, crawl and work at heights while wearing required personal protective equipment. Employees must be able to read plans, visualize three‑dimensional objects and maintain good balance, hearing and vision. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and at least 11 years of heavy‑industrial construction experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of MIC health and safety programs, engineering plans, specifications and contract documents. • Exhibit strong work ethic, initiative, ethics, integrity and a passion for safety. • Ability to work in diverse climates, access all site points and perform physically demanding tasks.

Benefits
The position is based anywhere in the United States and involves up to 90 % travel, with assignments lasting 8‑18 months on average. A per‑diem, mobilization support, vehicle or allowance and a longer weekend every four weeks are provided to offset living expenses. Compensation includes a base salary of $180,000‑$220,000 with performance reviews, 401(k) match, employee stock purchase plan, health, dental and vision insurance, and a range of wellness and family benefits such as paid time off, disability, life insurance and emergency travel assistance.

Onsite
