About the Role
The role of Assistant Technical Manager in Property and Asset Management is based in Noida and is responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring all technical services meet client requirements, and overseeing electromechanical repair and maintenance. You will oversee all building systems—including fire and life safety, MEP and critical utilities—maintain asset documentation, manage defect liability and AMC/CAMC trackers, and lead the hiring, training and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff. Key duties include establishing budgeting controls, monitoring SLA and KPI performance for JLL and outsourced agencies, managing vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring timely cost‑sheet submission and payment follow‑up, and playing a central role in engineering operational accounts and budgeting. You will drive preventive maintenance programs, conduct risk and root‑cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive action plans, administer inventory control for parts, and ensure compliance with codes, regulations, government agencies and company directives. What You Bring
The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, detail‑oriented, possesses strong problem‑solving, teamwork and management skills, can multitask efficiently, and demonstrates excellent written and oral communication. Qualifications include a degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Marine Engineering (or equivalent) with four to five years of experience in the facility, real‑estate, hotel or construction industry; residential site experience and a solid understanding of safety and environmental concerns are preferred. • Demonstrate analytical, meticulous problem‑solving and effective communication in a multitasking environment. • Hold a degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Marine Engineering with 4‑5 years of relevant experience. • Prefer candidates with residential site experience and strong safety/environmental awareness.
