About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for expanding the firm’s presence in the local market, delivering complex roadway, highway, and municipal design projects, and driving business development through client engagement and marketing. They will ensure projects are managed profitably while addressing design challenges. • Expand the roadway practice and market presence in Holly Springs and surrounding areas • Manage complex engineering design tasks for roadway, highway, and municipal projects • Deliver projects profitably while actively addressing design issues • Provide vision, business planning, and strategic direction • Establish goals and track progress • Build and maintain positive client relationships • Grow and lead the roadway practice, mentoring staff

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least eight years of experience managing roadway projects, hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and possess a proven record of winning and delivering work in the region. Strong knowledge of the full lifecycle of roadway design, relationships with local agencies, and the ability to lead teams and write proposals are essential. • Communicate openly with partners and team members • 8+ years of relevant roadway project management experience • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license • Proven success in winning and delivering work locally • Full life‑cycle knowledge of roadway projects • Established relationships with local agencies and municipalities • Expertise in civil design of roadways, urban freeways, and interchanges • Ability to manage projects profitably while leading teams and stakeholders • Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
