About the Role

The role focuses on selling Johnson Controls building‑engineered (BE) solutions to mechanical contractors, designers, and consulting engineers. You will build long‑term partnerships, ensure customer satisfaction, and position renewable service agreements as a foundation for ongoing relationships. Join us in enhancing the intelligence of buildings, helping customers focus on their core missions while improving comfort, efficiency, and sustainability. • Persuade contractors, consultants, and designers to adopt Johnson Controls BE solutions while achieving target profit margins. • Identify and pursue new prospect opportunities aligned with company strategy. • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to support sales pipelines. • Conduct technical and business presentations that match customer operational needs with total‑value solutions. • Negotiate, renew, and expand multi‑year renewable service agreements for both new and existing accounts. • Serve as the customer’s advocate within Johnson Controls, ensuring expectations are met and value is delivered. • Lead final project inspections and provide customer training on system operation and service benefits.

What You Bring
