About the Role
The organization is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager – IT Services for its Delhi NCR location. This full‑time role reports to the IT Services Manager and offers salary as per industry standards. The position will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of IT services and ensuring reliable operation of Hitachi’s technology landscape. The incumbent will manage Office 365, Cisco CCE, SD‑WAN, GlobalProtect, Microsoft Intune, Zero Trust and related services, while leading global projects in coordination with multiple Hitachi regions and external vendors. Responsibilities also include promoting shared services to group companies, operating offshore IT functions, and maintaining system uptime across data‑center, Azure and on‑premise environments. • Manage O365 services (Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive) and related platforms such as Cisco CCE, SD‑WAN, GlobalProtect, Microsoft Intune, and Zero Trust. • Lead global IT projects across Hitachi regions, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery with global vendors and stakeholders. • Promote internally developed IT shared services to Hitachi group companies. • Oversee offshore IT operations, data‑center/server management, regular patching, AD administration, and Azure Cloud operations to guarantee system uptime. • Design and develop global asset‑management infrastructure and endpoint security services. • Conduct service transition activities: assess current infrastructure, validate SOPs, perform fit‑and‑gap analysis, and coordinate with vendors. • Manage vendor relationships and service‑desk functions, including evaluation, quality control, SLA enforcement, CSAT monitoring, and process governance. • Provide new service promotion, documentation, post‑deployment support, and regular status reporting to supervisors and teams.

What You Bring
Candidates should have 6‑8 years of relevant experience and a BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science. PMP certification and ITIL knowledge are desired to support project and service‑management activities.
