About the Role

The Commercial Assistant will be based in the West Kensington office with occasional travel to Hammersmith. The role supports day‑to‑day administrative functions across operations, ensuring processes align with company procedures and delivering accurate, timely, professional support to colleagues, clients and service users. Key commercial responsibilities include managing work‑order pricing, liaising with sub‑contractors, and ensuring cost recovery while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with the planning team, the client, and internal stakeholders to uphold contractual standards. • Ensure accuracy of work order pricing by reviewing and quality checking orders and sub‑contractor submissions. • Liaise with sub‑contractors to resolve queries, report pricing discrepancies, and support timely cash collection. • Run pay notices for sub‑contractors and provide coding advice to the Planning Team. • Manage sub‑contractor variations and coordinate with clients on changes. • Deliver a commercially competent service that meets performance targets and contractual standards. • Maintain a professional customer experience, adhering to health & safety and asset care policies. • Assist with additional commercial tasks as required and attend company/client meetings and training.
