About the Role
The Curriculum and Instructional Designer is an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that support customer training, certification programs, and brand and product education. This role partners with cross-functional teams to create engaging, scalable, and effective learning solutions across digital, live, and blended formats, aligned with organizational and customer goals. Design and development duties involve creating and maintaining customer, certification, and product training curricula that align with learning objectives and business goals, managing program timelines and content updates, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The role also delivers live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and instructional materials such as eLearning modules, presentations, guides, and sales enablement content, while developing certification pathways and assessments with subject‑matter experts. • Design, develop, and maintain training curricula aligned with objectives and business goals • Manage training program timelines, content updates, and stakeholder coordination • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and webinars for diverse audiences • Create instructional content in eLearning, presentations, guides, and sales enablement formats • Develop certification programs, learning paths, and assessments with SMEs • Apply instructional design best practices, emerging tools, and gamification to digital learning • Ensure training content is consistent, high‑quality, and accessible across platforms • Provide ongoing training support and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Align learning solutions with brand standards and strategic customer segments

What You Bring
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in instructional design or learning development, proficiency with modern eLearning authoring tools, strong communication skills, project management ability, and familiarity with LMS platforms. Preferred qualifications include experience in customer or product training, knowledge of gamification, work with sales enablement content, familiarity with emerging design tools, cross‑functional collaboration, and relevant certifications. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of instructional design experience • Proficient with modern eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms • Strong written and visual communication, project management in a fast‑paced environment • Preferred: experience with customer/product training, gamification, sales enablement, emerging design tools, cross‑functional collaboration, and relevant certifications
