What You Bring
The Data Center Customer Operations Technician role supports critical facilities—including hospitals, laboratories, and public safety centers—where downtime is not an option. This position offers a lifelong career in an industry that impacts lives globally. Candidates must be able to lift and carry 50 lb and navigate climbs, stoops, and confined spaces, with flexibility to work any shift, including nights, holidays, and emergencies. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, fiber optics, Ethernet, switches, servers, or electrical systems is welcomed, along with curiosity, strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer‑service mindset, precision, and at least a high‑school diploma. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using strong problem‑solving skills. • Lift and carry up to 50 lb and navigate stairs, climbs, and confined spaces. • Apply knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fiber optics, Ethernet, switches, servers, and electrical systems (preferred). • Demonstrate curiosity, precision, and a customer‑service mindset. • Hold at least a high school diploma.
