We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Software Developer in Michigan to write custom software for various departments, streamline and automate processes, collaborate with the Service Desk to identify and resolve bugs, and integrate solutions with third‑party systems. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of professional development experience, strong Angular, Python (Flask), C#, Microsoft Access, and MySQL skills, and can thrive in a remote position within Michigan. Excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and a degree in Computer Science or a comparable portfolio are also required. • Proficiency in Angular, Python (Flask), C#, Microsoft Access, and MySQL • 2–3 years of professional software development experience • Ability to work remotely from Michigan • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective task prioritization and deadline management • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent portfolio
