About the Role

The Production Team Lead will work alongside the Production Supervisor to ensure the team is equipped to achieve production metrics that support the Plant High 5 goals. This role focuses on leading the team toward consistent operational success. • Lead the production team to meet Plant High 5 performance targets.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school. Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship is required. Relocation assistance is not available; only applicants within a 50‑mile radius of the facility will be considered, except for active‑duty military members who are exempt from this geographic limitation. A basic understanding of Microsoft applications is expected. The position requires flexibility to work daily and/or weekend overtime and the willingness to shift between different areas or local plants as needed. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting.
