RNC Apprentice Plumber

About the Role

In this role you will assist a journeyman plumber with the piping of residential new homes. Tasks include cutting openings in walls and floors, measuring, cutting, bending, and threading pipes using hand and power tools, and adhering to all safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Reliance supplies all necessary tools and protective equipment. • Provide tools, fully stocked trucks, and ongoing training. • Assist journeyman plumber with residential new‑home piping, including cutting openings, measuring, cutting, bending, and threading. • Follow safety rules, regulatory requirements, and use provided protective equipment.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with Reliance. You must be able to follow directions, work independently once instructed, hold a clean driver’s licence, and be physically capable of performing the job. A Level 1 or Level 2 registered plumbing apprenticeship, especially with residential new‑home construction experience, is an asset. • Two pairs of safety boots annually; Milwaukee power tools, vehicle, uniform, and cellphone supplied. • Follow directions, work independently when instructed, and hold a clean driver’s licence. • Physically capable of job duties; preferably a Level 1‑2 registered plumbing apprentice with new‑home experience.
