About the Role

The manager will lead bid preparation and submission, coordinate internal and external teams, manage risk, define and negotiate contractual structures, oversee tender documentation, and maintain transparent communication with partners, clients, and stakeholders throughout the process. • Lead internal and external bid teams, integrating financial, legal, technical, and sustainability aspects. • Define key tasks and schedules to ensure timely, high‑quality bid submissions. • Manage and coordinate external advisors as needed to achieve bid objectives. • Identify and analyze contractual risks in tender documents and recommend mitigation. • Define and negotiate the optimal contractual structure for each project. • Oversee tendering or transaction processes, preparing required reports and documents. • Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory and compliance standards. • Communicate transparently with partners, clients, and stakeholders throughout opportunities. • Lead contract preparation and negotiation to secure favorable terms.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, law, or a related field (master’s a plus), have over 10 years of experience managing large‑scale infrastructure bids, possess strong knowledge of PPP structures and transaction processes, demonstrate excellent project management, financial modeling, and sustainability expertise, and exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal, and language skills. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, law, or related field (master’s a plus). • 10+ years managing bids and tenders for large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably in concessions or PPP. • Strong knowledge of PPP structures, concession contracts, and greenfield/brownfield transaction processes. • Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously. • Experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and management. • Proficiency in financial modeling, legal frameworks, and sustainability practices. • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑sensitive environment.
