About the Role
The specialist provides administrative coordination in a remote‑working environment, handling stakeholder liaison, communications, and the creation of training materials. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and trainings, managing logistics for virtual sessions, and tracking performance metrics with Power BI. By maintaining calendars, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, the role enables smooth execution of Lean Six Sigma activities. The incumbent must communicate clearly in English, build cooperative relationships remotely, and apply structured problem‑solving to identify improvement opportunities. • Coordinate and schedule Lean Six Sigma meetings, trainings, and virtual sessions. • Develop, format, and distribute training scripts and PowerPoint presentations. • Manage calendars and logistics to ensure seamless participation across locations. • Monitor and analyze Lean Six Sigma improvement indicators using Power BI, creating new metrics as needed. • Track project progress, milestones, and resource allocation for team members and trainees. • Serve as a liaison between the Lean Six Sigma team and other Hitachi departments to align initiatives. • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, safety standards, and compliance procedures. • Apply structured problem‑solving and Lean tools (PDCA, Kaizen) to support continuous‑improvement projects. • Provide ongoing support and follow‑up for Lean Six Sigma activities, including conflict management and risk identification.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have three to six years of relevant experience, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, and Lean methodologies such as PDCA and Kaizen. Strong planning, multitasking, and analytical skills, together with excellent spoken and written English, are required. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication in English for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
