About the Role
• Develop and maintain health and safety policies aligned with OSHA, Canadian MOL, and ISO 45001. • Lead working‑at‑heights and confined‑space rescue drills. • Draft safety procedures, forms, and policies for regulatory compliance. • Deliver OSHA 10‑Hour, LOTO, confined‑space rescue, and electrical safety trainings on‑site. • Investigate incidents and near‑misses, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. • Represent ACCIONA Energy USA with external regulators and organizations. • Assess reports and regulatory data to verify technical compliance. • Conduct safety audits of North American sites against internal and external standards.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years safety experience, 2+ years in high‑voltage environments. • OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 500 preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills. • Physically capable of working outdoors and at heights up to 120 m (medical clearance required). • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; valid driver’s license and eligibility for a U.S. passport. • Willingness to travel 25–50%, including occasional emergency response travel.
