About the Role
The Project Cleaner works the 2nd shift for C&W Services, delivering periodic cleaning across three designated sites. The role encompasses general carpet and floor maintenance as well as restroom sanitation using industrial equipment. All cleaning activities are performed in accordance with C&W Services’ approved procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols, with a focus on maintaining clean, orderly work environments and equipment. • Perform specialized floor care such as damp mopping, spray buffing, stripping, and waxing. • Execute carpet cleaning procedures including rotary shampooing and extraction cleaning. • Conduct periodic tasks like high dusting, extensive restroom cleaning, and special projects. • Maintain a neat work area, janitorial closets, and ensure cleaning equipment is in good condition. • Follow C&W Services approved procedures, safety protocols, and security procedures. • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and report unsafe conditions promptly. • Meet client and company quality expectations for all assigned cleaning tasks. • Provide extensive cleaning experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision. • Use industrial floor equipment and portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaners.
