About the Role

The Mechanic role involves performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet that includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil‑and‑gas equipment. Technicians are expected to work safely and efficiently to minimize downtime while supporting both standard and specialty line locations. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • Provide your own mechanic tools as needed

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and 3–5 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Required skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, the ability to adapt to fast‑paced priorities, and possibly providing personal mechanic tools; bilingual ability may be needed based on location. The position demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, lifting 50 + pounds, and working both indoors and outdoors.
