About the Role
• Develop and execute an advanced manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational readiness. • Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies across production sites. • Serve as a subject matter expert in key advanced manufacturing domains such as automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, or data driven production systems. • Guide manufacturing teams in the adoption of modern analytics, connected systems, and predictive tools that improve decision making. • Conduct capability assessments and lead improvement roadmaps for global sites. • Manage cross functional projects, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, waste reduction, and product quality. • Establish global manufacturing standards, best practices, and repeatable processes to support consistent execution. • Partner with engineering and operations teams to design and optimize scalable, high efficiency production systems. • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to support product launches and readiness planning. • Track and report on key performance indicators, project milestones, and return on investment. • Identify emerging technologies and capabilities that enhance manufacturing competitiveness and productivity.

What You Bring
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and nontechnical audiences. • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken form. • Requires periodic global travel to support manufacturing sites and project implementation. • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, continuous improvement, and process optimization. • Ability to travel globally as required (up to 30–50% depending on project needs). • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high pressure environment. • Compliance with all applicable safety policies and use of required personal protective equipment. • Ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings. • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. during facility visits. • Work performed in a professional office environment with frequent visits to manufacturing facilities. • Exposure to seasonal temperature changes, noise, dust, and occasional chemical fumes while on production floors. • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to guide transformation initiatives. • Strong decision making and problem solving skills for complex technical environments. • Ability to lead global projects and influence cross functional teams.
