About the Role

Reporting to the Lead Office Assistant, you will join a varied team dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational facilities delivery on our client’s state‑of‑the‑art campus. You will support the facilities function, collaborate with the client WPS team, and contribute to a smooth, professional workplace environment. The role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend or after‑hours work. • Provide additional client support and follow SOPs • Upsell facilities by alerting the Facilities Manager to service gaps • Report maintenance issues and assist in emergencies such as leaks or spills • Set up meeting rooms and respond to meeting‑room requests • Conduct floor walks, check toilets and café areas, and replenish supplies • Identify and report hazards and incidents; perform health‑and‑safety checks • Respond to soft‑service calls, investigate issues, and ensure quick resolution • Greet clients and staff to maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere • Liaise with the cleaning team, ensure cleaning schedule adherence, and keep reception tidy • Remove waste paper, manage segregation and collection with contractors • Complete monthly timesheets, reports, and stock sheets

What You Bring
