About the Role
The Sales Executive role will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Success depends on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships and advising on product reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using proprietary analytics. The position includes extensive classroom and field training and is based on‑site in Seattle, WA. Key responsibilities include managing relationships through consultative sales, prospecting new clients with CoStar’s property data, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal LoopNet and CoStar teams to meet revenue targets. The executive will develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising and commercial real estate trends and provide outstanding customer support with regular in‑person meetings and travel as needed. • Build and maintain consultative relationships with owners and brokers to drive advertising revenue. • Prospect and acquire new clients using CoStar’s property data and market insights. • Deliver product demonstrations and advise on digital marketing strategy, reach, and ROI. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, CRE trends, and specific market territories. • Provide regular in‑person client meetings and support, including required travel.

What You Bring
Applicants need 4+ years of B2B sales experience, 2+ years in commercial real estate, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license, plus a proven record of exceeding sales targets. Preferred qualifications include senior‑level relationship building, data analysis, strategic recommendation skills, flexibility, and a self‑starting attitude. • Meet 4+ years B2B sales experience and 2+ years CRE experience requirements. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license. • Exceed sales quotas and demonstrate strong data‑analysis and strategic recommendation skills. • Adapt to a fast‑growth environment as a self‑starter and team player.

Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000‑$80,000 plus uncapped commissions and performance incentives.
