Job Highlights
About the Role
The driver safely operates a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, adhering to OSHA, DOT and all regulatory requirements, and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. • Operate vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. • Complete pre‑ and post‑trip DVIR inspections and report any issues immediately. • Communicate customer requests, incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Dump containers, clean the site, and position containers properly to avoid blocking driveways. • Submit customer tickets for excess yardage and complete all route documentation at end of shift. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts.

What You Bring
Applicants with at least one year of CDL driving experience in waste collection or local delivery are highly preferred, though no prior work experience is required.
