About the Role

In this role, the CAM acts as the primary liaison between the association board and homeowners, travels to client sites for meetings and inspections, prepares annual disclosure and financial documents, reviews monthly financial reports, and advises the board on major capital expenditures to preserve community standards. • Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and represent the association at community events. • Prepare and mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements in accordance with statutory deadlines. • Review monthly financial reports and provide summary to the Board. • Recommend and oversee major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operations.
