About the Role
The Sales Consultant drives the traffic conversion of buyers for new home communities and ensures a great customer experience throughout the construction and closing process. Compensation includes a base salary plus a closing bonus program, with total earnings potentially exceeding six figures annually. The role requires generating new traffic to sales studios through networking, outreach to area real estate agents, and public flyers, as well as managing inbound leads, referrals, and other sources. It also involves maintaining marketing materials, completing studio opening and closing checklists, and organizing necessary company files. The consultant coordinates with mortgage lenders to confirm documentation and loan processing, facilitates a smooth sales process among the builder, buyer, realtor, and lender, and strives to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals. Additional duties include attending regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships with buyers after closing. • Generate new traffic to sales studios via networking, realtor outreach, and public flyers. • Maintain and update all flyers, marketing information, and signage. • Complete studio opening and closing checklists and organize company files. • Coordinate with mortgage lenders to verify documentation and loan processing timelines. • Facilitate a smooth sales process among builder, buyer, realtor, and lender. • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing targets. • Attend regular studio and company meetings. • Maintain strong post‑closing relationships with buyers. • Build and sustain relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyers.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented, and possess strong customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication, and a proven ability to build relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyers. A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and excellent organizational detail‑orientation are essential. Qualifications include a minimum of one year of experience in both inside and outside sales, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of residential homebuilding as a plus. A real estate license is not required but highly preferred. • Qualify and actively pursue inbound leads, referrals, and other traffic sources. • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, goal‑oriented mindset with strong customer service. • Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Show a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Have at least 1 year of inside and outside sales experience. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; residential homebuilding knowledge is a plus. • Real estate license not required but highly preferred.
