About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative, also called an Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line of contact for telephone and walk‑in customers. What You Bring
The position involves physical activities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may require indoor or outdoor work depending on job demands. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations
