About the Role

Essential duties include operating the vehicle in accordance with OSHA, DOT and local regulations, performing pre‑ and post‑trip inspections via DVIR, and reporting any unsafe situations or service calls immediately. The driver works with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency, assists fellow drivers, and notifies management of incidents, accidents or property damage. Customer interactions involve dumping containers cleanly, positioning them correctly, completing tickets for excess yardage, and maintaining accurate route documentation. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT and company standards. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections using DVIR and promptly report issues. • Notify Operations Manager or Dispatch of unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or property damage. • Communicate customer requests, dump containers cleanly, and position containers properly on site. • Complete and submit customer tickets, route documentation, and follow assigned routes. • Participate in required trainings, briefings, and meetings.

What You Bring

Qualifications require no prior education or experience, but a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B) and a minimum age of 18 are mandatory. Applicants must pass a DOT drug screen, physical, background check and have an acceptable driving record. The estimated base pay is $26 per hour, subject to experience and location. The role may require a REAL ID or equivalent TSA‑approved identification for travel to federal property. Driver/Operators must operate vehicles and equipment safely and reliably. • Hold a valid CDL‑B, be at least 18 years old, and maintain an acceptable driving record. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, background check and motor‑vehicle record review.
