About the Role

The Sr. Inside Sales Representative (also called Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist) is a front‑line role that supports telephone and walk‑in customers seeking construction or industrial equipment. Responsibilities include understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of equipment‑rental experience (or a four‑year degree plus one year of rental experience). Desired skills include strong customer service and telephone abilities, solid computer and administrative competence, and preferably completion of the DOT qualification process. Bilingual ability in Spanish or another language is advantageous in some locations. The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching and lifting 50 pounds or more, and may involve indoor or outdoor work as needed.
