About the Role

Walk in any Wednesday from 9 AM to 12 PM for an on‑the‑spot interview at 12201 Council Dr, North Jackson, OH. The position involves safely operating a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes. Candidates will be scheduled by Operations Managers or Dispatch. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and document any issues. • Report unsafe situations, service calls, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to the Operations Manager or Dispatch immediately. • Attend all required training sessions, briefings, and meetings as directed by the Operations Manager. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address problem or unsafe accounts. • Assist other company drivers as needed and follow assigned route schedules. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Operations Manager promptly. • Dump containers, clean the customer site, and ensure containers are positioned upright with lids properly replaced, avoiding blockage of driveways or traffic. • Complete and submit customer tickets for excess yardage removal and other required documentation at route end. • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle throughout all assignments. • Maintain an acceptable driving record as defined by company policy.

What You Bring

Federal law requires a REAL ID or an equivalent TSA‑approved credential for air travel or access to federal property. This role may require travel by air, so candidates must possess or be willing to obtain a REAL ID. • Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑B) and be at least 18 years old. • Pass pre‑employment DOT drug screening, physical examination, background check, and motor‑vehicle record review.
