What You Bring
We are seeking a safety-focused 10,000 lb Forklift Operator for our manufacturing warehouse and large laydown areas. This role involves precision loading, inventory staging, and navigating diverse terrain while maintaining a mandatory OSHA-10 Construction certification. A core requirement is the daily safety partnership with a Site Flagger, including a joint pre-shift equipment inspection to ensure maximum operational integrity and hazard prevention. Candidates must have at least one year of experience operating a 10,000 lb forklift in a manufacturing warehouse environment and possess a valid OSHA-10 Construction certification. • Have at least one year of forklift operation experience in a manufacturing setting.

The position follows a Monday–Saturday schedule with 40 regular hours plus 8 overtime hours per week, working in an industrial manufacturing warehouse and large external laydown area. Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, and bilingual ability is required.
