About the Role
The role includes managing the full contract lifecycle—drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and lien waivers—while leading detailed RFQs and vetting subcontractors for safety, quality, and financial compliance. The manager partners with field teams, project management, legal, and operations to align contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain organized documentation, schedule contract meetings, and support invoicing and special projects. • Draft, review, negotiate and track customer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and lien waivers. • Lead detailed RFQ processes and evaluate subcontractors against safety, quality, and financial criteria. • Coordinate with field teams, project management, legal and operations to align contractual obligations and resolve disputes. • Organize and maintain contract documentation, including key terms, deadlines, templates, and lessons learned. • Schedule and facilitate contract‑related meetings, assign action items and monitor deadline compliance. • Support invoicing processes and contribute to special projects as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and have at least five years of contracts experience in construction or services, with EPC project exposure preferably in natural gas generation or electric power transmission and distribution. Required skills include advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, exceptional organization, strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Travel up to 25% of the time may be required to support project needs. • Minimum 5 years contract management experience in construction or services, preferably on EPC projects. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong organizational and detail‑orientation abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 25% of the time.
